At Louisville's pro day March 11, wide receiver told reporters he had , and Arnaud Durandeau Jersey he is visiting one of those teams Wednesday. Parker told reporters he had meetings with Miami, Minnesota, San Diego and San Francisco, and NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport is reporting with them again. That the would be interested in Parker isn't surprising. One, they need a wide receiver. Two, they pick 11th overall, where Parker should be available. And third, it would reunite Parker with quarterback , whom he played with for three seasons at Louisville. Parker has good size (6-foot-2 5/8, 209 pounds) and speed (4.45 in the 40 at the combine); he has a nice catch radius, too, thanks to his leaping ability (36.5-inch vertical leap), long arms (33 1/4 inches) and height. NFL Media analyst Daniel Jeremiah ranks Parker as in the draft, saying he is a Day One starter, and calls him and fellow receivers and Parker goes in done by NFL Media analysts, and three have him going to the at No. 11. While Parker certainly would be a viable selection at No. 11, the also should be in the market for an offensive lineman, a cornerback and a linebacker. They could have their pick of corners with their first selection, and most of the top offensive linemen should be on the board at that spot, as well. The potential exists that a pa s-rushing linebacker also could be available, though it seems likely that at least three of the best will be gone.Mike Huguenin can be reached at mike.huguenin@nfl.com.
